Nulink Ltd: Behaviour Infrastructure for Organisations That Need It to Work
Nulink installs structured behaviour systems in schools, residential care, the NHS, and local authorities – giving frontline staff the tools to practice consistently, every day.
Most behaviour training doesn’t change what people do at work. Staff attend a day’s training, get a certificate, and return to the same patterns. Nothing is installed. Nothing is measured. Nulink is different. We are a behaviour infrastructure company. Our programmes are built on Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) principles and structured habit science.
We give every member of frontline staff a small number of precise, practisable behaviours — and we support your organisation to track whether those behaviours are actually happening. The result is not awareness. It is change.
Who We are:
Frontline-Grounded Expertise
Nulink was built to solve a problem that most training providers ignore: the gap between learning something and doing it.
We work in environments where behaviour matters — schools, care homes, NHS services, youth services, and local authorities. In these settings, inconsistent behaviour from staff has real consequences: for the people they support, for the organisation's culture, and for outcomes. Our approach is based on the Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) model developed by Professor Haim Omer, adapted into a structured behaviour infrastructure system. Instead of training people what to think, we install what they do.
What sets us apart: - 14 behaviour modules, each centred on one precise 1% behaviour - Habit Stack format for daily practice - WhatsApp-based follow-up prompts - Streak Tracker for progress monitoring - Measurement tools that demonstrate actual behaviour change. We are not a one-day training company. We are an ongoing infrastructure partner.
By focusing on practitioner-led insights, we ensure that every module translates immediately into safer, more effective practice for your team.
Why Non-Violent Resistance?
A systemic approach to restoring safety and connection in challenging environments.
Adult Self-Regulation
Empowering professionals to manage their own responses under pressure, creating a stable foundation for de-escalation.
Reducing Power Struggles
Strategic withdrawal from escalation cycles to maintain safety and influence without aggression.
Calm & Consistent Authority
Re-establishing professional presence through "new authority" based on connection rather than coercion.
When Authority Becomes Unstable
Nulink installs a predictable behavioural response system using Non-Violent Resistance.
NVR Practitioner Foundations
Calm Authority for Frontline Practice
The Nulink Programme operates across three levels:
Level 1 — Foundation. Staff learn the core principles of Non-Violent Resistance as they apply to their role. This is not theoretical. It is grounded in the specific challenges of working in high-pressure care and education environments.
Level 2 — Practice. Over 14 modules , each member of staff practises one 1% behaviour — a single, small, repeatable action that builds a new default response. Modules are delivered through workbooks, trainer-facilitated sessions, and daily WhatsApp prompts.
Level 3 — System Integration. The behaviour infrastructure is embedded into the organisation's management and supervision structures. Managers are given tools to coach, observe, and track behaviour practice. Measurement points confirm what has changed.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is Non-Violent Resistance (NVR)?
Non-Violent Resistance is a structured approach for maintaining calm authority without escalating conflict. It focuses on adult responses rather than controlling behaviour, helping professionals respond consistently, delay reactive decisions, and reduce escalation.
2. Who is this training designed for?
Nulink programmes are designed for professionals working in client-facing environments where challenging behaviour occurs. This includes: • Schools • Alternative Provision • Residential care and children’s homes • Local authorities • NHS teams • Youth services and other frontline organisations
3. Is this therapy or psychological treatment?
No. Nulink provides professional training and behavioural systems based on the Non-Violent Resistance framework. The training supports staff practice and organisational consistency. It does not replace clinical, therapeutic, or safeguarding responsibilities.
4. How is this different from standard behaviour management training?
Most training provides techniques or information. Nulink focuses on installing a consistent behavioural response system across teams. The programmes include structured practice, embedding periods, and tools that help staff apply the approach in real situations rather than only learning concepts.
5. How long does it take to see results?
Many organisations notice changes in staff responses immediately after training. However, sustainable improvement usually develops over several weeks as teams practise the framework and embed consistent responses across staff.
