1. Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Training Courses & Online Workshops
We invest significant time and care in preparing for every session. Our cancellation policy reflects this:
Cancellation by You:

More than 7 days’ notice: Full refund or reschedule (subject to 5% admin fee)

2 to 7 days’ notice: 50% refund or credit (subject to 5% admin fee)

Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund available
Cancellation by Nulink:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any training or event due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness, low registration, or logistical issues.

In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date.

Nulink is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
All rescheduled bookings are subject to a 5% administration fee.
Consultancy Services
Cancellation by You:

Digital Resources
All digital downloads (PDFs, handouts, toolkits, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed. Please contact us for support if you encounter any technical issues.
