We offer four levels of consultancy support, each tailored to your team’s current needs, capacity, and goals — from awareness and onboarding to whole-system strategy and transformation.

All packages align with the Trauma-Informed Wales Framework and include a combination of direct delivery, policy alignment, and practical tools you can use right away.

Level 1

Awareness Package

"Laying the Foundations"

£995 (3hr) or £1,550 (6hr) + travel

Key Outcome:
All staff (instructors, activity leaders, support roles, admin) Build shared understanding, reduce judgement, and begin mindset shift.

  • Live training session (3hr or 6hr) delivered onsite or online
  • Engaging visuals and metaphors (Trauma Lake, Regulation Wheel, etc.)
  • Introduction to key trauma principles (fight/flight/freeze, shame, connection before correction)
  • Real-world outdoor examples of how trauma shows up in behaviour
  • Team reflection exercises for safer communication
  • Takeaway handouts for staff reference and daily use
  • Trainer Q&A time during and after the session
  • Optional printed packs or summary posters

Level 2

Practice Package

"Embedding Everyday Practice"

Key Outcome:
Team leads, experienced instructors, behaviour support staff. Build practical confidence, reduce conflict, and increase co-regulation.

  • Live training session (6hr) delivered onsite or online
  • Practice Toolkit (scripts, de-escalation tools, journaling prompts)
  • Policy/Process Review and Guidance
  • Hands-on skill practice through group scenarios and roleplay
  • Staff self-regulation toolkit (red/green/blue zones, pacing tools)
  • Post-training online coaching session (1hr, within 4 weeks)
  • Optional: Printed toolkits or laminated cheat sheets

Skilled Package

"Leading and Sustaining Practice"

Key Outcome:
DSLs, safeguarding managers, site leads, senior instructors Goal: Align your supervision, safeguarding, and staff systems with trauma principles.

  • Full setting review (on-site or remote split over 2 half-days)
  • 2-day Advanced Training
  • Audit of current safeguarding, reflection, and supervision processes
  • Bespoke strategy plan aligned with Trauma-Informed Wales Framework
  • Support to rewrite or enhance policies (e.g. behaviour, wellbeing, supervision)
  • Draft plan for staff reflective supervision structure
  • One-month follow-up session (online or in person)
  • Add reflective supervision delivery (3 sessions) for +£600

Enhanced Package

"Whole-System Transformation"

  • Strategic trauma-informed consultancy (6-month package)
  • Organisational trauma strategy design (vision, values, operations alignment)
  • 2x complex case consultations (including response strategy and debrief planning)
  • 1:1 coaching or team coaching
  • 6-month Coaching Package (1–2x per month)
  • Support to co-produce or adapt service offers with lived experience voices
  • End-of-cycle review + growth recommendations
